Douglas S. Lindblad, MD

Dr. Lindblad is a pediatric gastroenterologist who has been in clinical practice at Children's Hospital of Pittsburgh since 2005. He provides care for children with a wide variety of GI problems. He has a special interest in Cystic Fibrosis and works closely with CF Pulmonology and CF Endocrinology colleagues in the care of CF-related gastrointestinal illness. He is a co-investigator in a study examining the relationship between CF-related liver disease and glucose excursions. He also participates with colleagues in other studies within the GI division. His primary goals include improving the health and well being of children with gastrointestinal disease and providing outstanding educational training for our next generation of pediatric and GI physicians.
