Special Updates and Service Requests

The following updates and requests require coordination through the Chair's Office:

  • Add a brand new division, center, institute, business unit, or large section of content to the website
  • Add a calendar event
  • Add a photo to the rotating banner on the Pitt Pediatrics home page
  • Delete a personnel profile in the online directory
  • Upload photos, videos, documents, etc. to the web server for placement on an existing content page

How to Request Assistance

To obtain assistance with any of the items in the list above, please contact the Pitt 24/7 IT Help Desk.  When submitting a request, advise them to assign your ticket to the Pediatrics General service queue.

Units are strongly encouraged to contact an authorized website editor for routine content updates and minor additions of new content.  Requests of this nature sent to the Chair's Office may take several weeks to process due to project workload.
