This project provides technical assistance and training to 3 geographically diverse Leadership Teams (LTs) to foster sustainable systems-level transformation for health centers and community-based organizations serving survivors of domestic violence. Each phase of the project has included a different set of participating states and/or U.S. territories.  Project Catalyst builds upon health centers' commitment to address social determinants of health in the communities they serve. This includes approaches to address intimate partner violence (IPV) and human trafficking (both sex and labor trafficking) across the diverse populations and communities served by health centers and community-based organizations. Responses to IPV and human trafficking share parallels within healthcare systems and rely on community partnerships to facilitate response. Staff at both health centers as well as community-based organizations are trained on the CUES Intervention (Confidentiality, Universal Education and Empowerment, and Support) for providing support for survivors as well as how to make a warm referral to their healthcare or community partner.
