Our fellows participate in original research
Topics for research are generated by the fellows in consultation with Dr. Liz Miller, Dr. Ana Radovic and appropriate faculty both within and outside our division. Over the years fellows have been involved in bench research, as well as clinical research both qualitative and quantitative.
To support their research skills fellows attend classes at the University of Pittsburgh. These classes, which are fully funded by our division, allow fellows to obtain a Masters of Clinical Research or Masters of Medical Education through the Institute for Clinical Research (ICRE).
