Sisterhood 2.0

This stakeholder-engaged intervention was adapted from an international program, similar to Manhood 2.0. Sisterhood 2.0 integrates critical analysis of social norms that condone SV/ARA, sexual health promotion, and skills in bystander intervention, This was the first adaptation and test of such a gender transformative program that combined SV/ARA prevention with sexual health promotion tailored for African-American adolescent females in community-based settings in the United States.

Like Manhood 2.0, this program is focused on collaborating with community members for curriculum delivery. Facilitation is done by respected community members, not by research staff.
