We encourage our patients with food allergies to join the Food Allergy Research and Education (FARE) Network’s FARE Patient Registry. The Fare Patient Registry is a private, secure registry that was created by FARE to allow food-allergic individuals and their caregivers to quickly, conveniently and privately share their food allergy experiences with the goal to help researchers better understand food allergies. Sharing this information will power the search for new ways to diagnose, treat, and hopefully someday, ultimately cure food allergies. Participation in the program involves filling out surveys from time to time. If you are interested, registration involves completing a short form and consent.
