During training, we aim to support and guide each fellow to begin crafting a meaningful, fulfilling, and well-balanced PEM career. We mentor fellows to identify an academic area of interest, or Focus Track so they can develop expertise, skills and scholarship that is aligned with their career goals.
Our program has strong faculty mentorship in several well-established Focus Tracks. Additionally, fellows can pursue advanced degrees and training through the University of Pittsburgh Institute for Clinical Research Education (ICRE).
