The Complex Care Center at UPMC Children's Hospital of Pittsburgh provides primary care and care coordination for children with complex medical needs.
The center assists patients currently under the care of at least three subspecialties, depend on technology, or have three or more chronic health problems. Referrals from a pediatrician, therapist, or other specialist are required.
