Pediatric PittNet is a large practice-based research network working to facilitate the translation of research discoveries into practice by promoting collaboration among clinical investigators, practitioners, and other practice-based research networks in order to improve children’s health.
Pediatric PittNet involves 31 practices, including 51 office sites, in 13 counties across western Pennsylvania. We have over 275 Pediatric PittNet providers serving approximately 275,000 privately and publicly insured patients, aged birth to 21 years, in urban, suburban, and rural settings.
The network is led by medical director Stacey Engster, MD, MS.
