Pitt Pediatrics congratulates Kelly M. Bailey, MD, PhD, assistant professor in the Division of Hematology-Oncology, on her election to the Society for Pediatric Research (SPR). SPR aims to create a network of multi-disciplinary researchers to improve child health.
Bailey is routinely recognized for her research of Ewing sarcoma, a rare bone malignancy in adolescents. Her specialized research of pediatric bone sarcomas has been featured throughout the Pittsburgh area and across the country.
