Pitt Pediatrics congratulates Andy Nowalk, MD, PhD, for winning the Best Overall Oral Presentation award at the Rita M. Patel Leadership Conference. 
Nowalk presented “How to Develop a Pediatric Scientist; The CHP Experience” at the conference that was held February of this year. Led by the UPMC Center for Continuing Education in the Health Sciences, the conference is designed for program directors, department chairs, chief residents, and GME leaders.
