Pitt Pediatrics congratulates Sylvia Owusu-Ansah, MD, MPH, FAAP, on her appointment to the Committee on Pediatric Emergency Medicine of the American Academy of Pediatrics.
Owusu-Ansah serves as the Associate Vice Chair of Diversity, Equity and inclusion as well as an Assistant Professor of Pediatrics and Emergency Medicine. Owusu-Ansah is also the EMS Medical Director at UPMC Children’s and will now sit on the AAP Committee on Pediatric Emergency Medicine.
