Pitt Pediatrics congratulates associate professors Melissa M. Tavarez, MD, MS, and Benjamin G. Miller, MD, on their selection as featured speakers at the upcoming 2022 Rita M. Patel Leadership Conference.
Led by the UPMC Center for Continuing Education in the Health Sciences, the conference is designed for program directors, department chairs, chief residents, and GME leaders. Scheduled for February 16 and 17 in virtual format, Tavarez and Miller will lead one of two featured workshops titled "Be Curious, Not Judgmental: Coaching Faculty to Find Actionable Feedback in their Teaching Evaluations."
Additional poster abstract presentations will be led by Pitt Pediatrics faculty and physician trainees.
