Alexandra M. Emes, MD
- Resident, PGY-3
Emes, is a categorical pediatric resident at UPMC Children’s Hospital of Pittsburgh. She completed her undergraduate studies at the University of Pittsburgh, earning a Bachelor of Science degree in 2016. She spent one year in Southeast Asia completing her TEFL certificate and teaching English prior to moving to Philadelphia to attend medical school at Sidney Kimmel Medical College. A native Pittsburgher, she is thrilled to have returned to her hometown to continue her training. Following residency, she is interested in pursuing a fellowship in a pediatric subspecialty.
