Angela Leshinski is a Clinical Research Coordinator and Research Dietitian at the University of Pittsburgh. She earned a Bachelor’s of Science in Nutritional Science at the Pennsylvania State University and a Master’s in Business Administration from the University of Pittsburgh. She is a Registered Dietitian, licensed in the state of Pennsylvania. Her current roles include coordinating clinical research trials and performing nutritional evaluations for study subjects with inborn errors of metabolism for the Division of Medical Genetics at the UPMC Children’s Hospital of Pittsburgh. Angela has served on dietitian expert advisory boards for Ultragenyx and Biomarin, industry sponsors developing therapies for rare metabolic diseases. Areas of interest include nutritional management and therapy for long-chain fatty acid oxidation disorders and phenylketonuria.
