Angela Hettinga

Angela did her undergraduate training at Carnegie Mellon University in Pittsburgh, PA and joined the Poholek lab in 2015 as its inaugural member. She has helped setup the lab, runs day-to-day operations, and contributes to all projects in the lab. Currently she is exploring the role of Blimp-1 in T cells in allergic lung disease and understanding how Blimp-1 is regulated in different cell types. She has expertise in multicolor flow cytometry, in vitro T cell differentiation and ChIP-seq assays.
