Dr. Arvind Srinath is an Associate Professor of Pediatrics, Associate Vice Chair for Education for Fellowship Training, and Pediatric Gastroenterology Fellowship Program Director at UPMC Children’s Hospital of Pittsburgh. He received his Bachelors from Johns Hopkins University, MD from University of Pittsburgh School of Medicine, completed residency at Johns Hopkins Hospital, fellowship at UPMC Children’s Hospital of Pittsburgh, and Masters in Medical Education at the University of Pittsburgh School of Medicine. He has notably been named Fellow of the Year, faculty Teacher of the Year, Pediatric Clerkship Preceptor of the Year, recognized by the Department Chair as one of the top department educators for the past three years, and was most recently awarded the Teri Li Young Educator Award from the North American Society for Pediatric Gastroenterology, Hepatology, & Nutrition. Dr. Srinath’s areas of interest are curricular development, functional gastrointestinal disorders, and telehealth.
