Charles Howell Nelson, MS
- Senior Research Technician, Pandey Lab
- Lab Manager, Pandey Lab
I earned my BS in cellular and molecular biology from Christopher Newport University in 2021 and earned my MS in human genetics from the University of Pittsburgh School of Public Health in 2023. Currently, I work as a Senior Research Technician and Lab Manager in Dr. Udai Pandey's lab in the Rangos Research Center at UPMC Children's Hospital of Pittsburgh. I am interested in the use of mice as a genetic model for human for human disease. Currently, I am working with my colleagues to investigate GEMIN5 mutations associated with NEDCAM (OMIM: # 619333) using mice.
