Darilang Mawrie, PhD
- Postdoctoral Associate
Darilang Mawrie is a postdoctoral fellow in the Department of Pediatrics at the University of Pittsburgh. Her graduate studies in India involved in identifying novel mesenchymal stem cells from eye tissues and targeting their differentiation for therapeutic purposes. Currently, she is focused to understand the causes of amyotrophic lateral sclerosis or Lou Gehrig's disease, in animal and cell models, and to identify modifiers of the disease.
