Jayme Falconio, BPS
- Division Administrator
Jayme Falconio joined the Department of Pediatrics, with Adolescent Medicine in February of 2017, as the Sr. Practice Manager. Jayme has been with UPMC since 2006, in various roles, which include a combined total of over 8 years with the Department of Urology, separated by 2.5 years with Corporate HR, Learning and Development & HR Compliance, working on the iLead, Beginnings, and Journey to Management teams. In Jayme’s role with the Center for Adolescent and Young Adult Health (CAYAH), she is responsible for the operations of multiple locations, which include: the Oaklandhub, Pine, South, CHP Main, 412 Youth Zone [clinical care], Family links [clinical care], Shuman [clinical and behavioral health care], Homewood-Brushton, Hilltop and the Ronald McDonald Care Mobile. They are also embedded into 8 CCP locations. Jayme is grateful to work hand-in-hand with providers that strive for exceptional patient care and advocate for our youth, by providing excellent medical care in an integrated department that includes behavioral health, ensuring well-rounded healthcare. CAYAH’s mission is to provide accessible health care services for adolescents in the context of their family, culture and community, with the vision that all youth are healthy, safe, and thriving.
