Jennifer E. Wolford, DO, MPH is a member of the Division of Child Advocacy. She is the Medical Director of the CHECS Program, a joint program with the Allegheny County Children Youth and Family agency. She is an Assistant Professor of Pediatrics at the University of Pittsburgh School of Medicine.
Dr. Wolford received her medical degree from the Philadelphia College of Osteopathic Medicine and her Master of Public Health at the University of Pittsburgh Graduate School of Public Health. She completed her residency in Pediatrics at Children’s Hospital of Pittsburgh and then served as a Chief Pediatric Resident.
She is an Associate Program Director for the UPMC Children's Hospital of Pittsburgh Pediatrics Residency Program and Program Director for the PALS Residency Program. Dr. Wolford chairs the Residency Diversity and Inclusion Committee and Faculty Advisor for the Community Oriented Resident Education program.
