Kassandra J. Baron, BA
- Research Technician
Kassandra Baron joined the Divison of Blood and Marrow Transplantation and Cellular Therapy as a research technician in 2019. She was born and raised in Manchester, New Hampshire. She moved to Pittsburgh in 2013 to attend Washington & Jefferson College, where she obtained her BA in Cellular and Molecular Biology. After graduating she has pursued a career in research and has held positions in both academia and industry. Her research interests include autoimmunity and inflammation. She is currently pursuing a MSc in Infectious Disease and Microbiology at the University of Pittsburgh School of Public Health.
