Dr. Laura Panko joined the Paul C. Gaffney Division of Pediatric Hospital Medicine in 2007 following several years as a hospitalist in pediatric critical care at Children’s Hospital of Pittsburgh. A dedicated clinician-educator, Dr. Panko currently serves as director for the Acting Internship in Pediatrics for fourth-year UPSOM and visiting medical students. She practices part-time as a teaching hospitalist for the PHM Division on the general pediatric wards.
