Linford A. Williams, MS, LCGC
- Genetic Counselor
Williams, joined the UPMC Children's Hospital of Pittsburgh's Division of Medical Genetics in October 2017. He completed his undergraduate degree at the University of Michigan, where he earned a Bachelor of Science in Cellular and Molecular Biology in 2014. He subsequently received his Master of Science in Genetic Counseling from the University of Michigan in 2016. His graduate research focused on the development and use of a semantic differential tool to assess adolescent and parent perception of a diagnosis of a disorder of sex development (DSD). Prior to joining UPMC Children’s Hospital of Pittsburgh, he worked as a general genetic counselor at the Cleveland Clinic from 2016 to 2017. He is certified by the American Board of Genetic Counseling.
