Michelle D. Watkinson, MD, MPH

Michelle Watkinson is an Assistant Professor of Pediatrics at Children’s Hospital of Pittsburgh of UPMC. She earned her medical degree from the University of Wisconsin School of Medicine and Public Health and her MPH from Emory University. She completed her pediatric residency here at CHP through the Pediatric Advocacy, Leadership, and Service (PALS) track. She then completed a chief resident year before joining faculty. She practices inpatient and outpatient Complex Care in the Division of Palliative Medicine and Supportive Care. Dr. Watkinson’s clinical, research, and educational interests focus on children with medical complexity.
