Swetha Sriram, MD, FAAP

Swetha Sriram, MD, FAAP. grew up in the southern part of India in a coastal city where she graduated medical school. Prior to residency, she worked for a year as a research trainee in Pediatric Endocrinology at the Mayo Clinic Children's Center. Sriram completed herpediatric residency at the Children's Hospital of Michigan and is currently in the clinical track fellowship in endocrinology at UPMC Children's hospital of Pittsburgh. Sriram is very interested in the psychosocial aspect of diabetes management, and her research project is centered around this. Her other areas of interest include Type 2 diabetes, obesity, and PCOS in adolescents.
