Many routine requests and questions can be handled through our Faculty and Staff Resources page, including submission of faculty "wins" and website edits.
Submitting a Service Request
To request help from the Communications Team, please email us at email@example.com.
Alternatively, please contact the University of Pittsburgh 24/7 Information Technology Help Desk. They will open a case and direct you to the proper campus resource or assign your request to the Communications Team for processing.
All initial and follow-up inquiries for the Communications Team must be routed through one of the two options above. As of October 1, 2021, we no longer accept routine inquiries and service requests through individual staff email.
Media and press representatives who need to contact a Pitt or UPMC spokesperson should contact the Schools of the Health Sciences media team.
