The Pediatric Clinical Research Services group (PCRS) is responsible for overall clinical research management within Pitt Pediatrics. Services are available in two areas, allowing the group to best meet the needs of Pitt physicians and the patients they serve.
- Clinical Research Support Services (CRSS) – Research enrollment and engagement through UPMC Children’s Hospital of Pittsburgh
- Newborn Research Support Services (NuRSERy) – Research enrollment and engagement through UPMC Magee-Womens Hospital
This extended model provides a bridge between the two institutions and a service solution that permits ongoing engagement as study participants age.
