This grant aims to promote faculty well-being by supporting initiatives to help faculty grow together. Through her career Dena Hofkosh built space and programing to create belonging and community amongst faculty. This grant, developed in her honor, supports projects or programs that focus on faculty well-being, belonging and personal or professional development. The focus of projects should be faculty members though trainees may also benefit from programs created.
The grant provides $1500 to Department of Pediatrics faculty members whose proposed projects are selected as being most likely to meet the grant aims.
Call for applications will be sent in the spring.
