The Division of Newborn Medicine is home to a variety of researchers. This work ranges from elucidating the basic biology of platelets to discovering better ways to treat neonatal infection to conducting clinical trials that will fundamentally change how newborn medicine is practiced. This work is funded by grants from foundations and the National Institutes of Health (NIH).
