Bioinformatics Core
The Bioinformatics Core Facility located at the John G. Rangos Sr. Research Center is a resource to support the bioinformatics analysis needs of investigators for datasets generated by the Sequencing Core, by outside sequencing resources, or by using publicly available datasets.
Available Services
The Core helps investigators build standardized workflows as well as customized, in-depth analyses with emphasis on quality control and statistical rigor.
Grant Support
In addition to Letters of Support, we can assist with crafting of study designs, research strategies, and budgets for informatics analysis.
Collaborations and Training
We provide resources for long-term project collaborations, co-mentoring opportunities, and trainings.
Acknowledging Core Support
Please acknowledge Core staff where appropriate and consider authorship inclusion when scientific contributions merit.
