To remain competitive in today’s computing landscape, Pitt Pediatrics has a dedicated academic information technology and desktop support team.
We have begun to invest in resources specific to the complex statistical and storage landscape of research, including the deployment of the University’s physical cyberinfrastructure to the John G. Rangos Sr. Research Center. With this collaboration, our researchers can utilize the latest generation of scientific equipment and technologies to acquire, store, analyze and share data with their colleagues both locally and around the world.
Effective April 1, 2021, initial tech support for Pitt accounts and all Department of Pediatrics hardware owned by the University of Pittsburgh is now handled through the Pitt 24/7 IT Help Desk's centralized ticketing system.
Need help? For faster service, call 412-624-4357, email email@example.com, or use another contact method such as live chat. Tickets requiring further attention by Pediatrics IT personnel will be reassigned by the help desk.
