Weekly Patient Care Conference

All renal fellows and faculty members meet weekly to discuss the inpatient service, as well as interesting and difficult-to-manage outpatients.

Renal Pathology

Monthly conference where renal fellows and faculty discuss biopsies with the pediatric renal pathologist.

Journal Cub

Bimonthly journal club where renal fellows present a critical analysis of the latest published research in nephrology.

Transplant Patient Care/Quality Improvement Committee

A monthly interdisciplinary conference where transplant patients are presented and including transplant surgery, pediatric nephrology, transplant coordinators, social work, behavioral health, pharmacy and dietitian. Quarterly, there is also a conference focused on processes for improving the quality of care of transplant patientss.

Dialysis Interdisciplinary Meeting

A monthly interdisciplinary team meeting focused on patient care and quality improvement for dialysis patients, which includes pediatric nephrology, social work, behavioral health, dietitian and dialysis nurses.

Group In The Loop

A monthly joint conference of the Division of Pediatric Nephrology, the Division of Pediatric Urology, and basic and clinical researchers involved in renal and urological research. This conference allows the exchange of ideas to establish collaborations among a diverse group of clinicians and scientists with interest in renal and urological diseases.
