Geetha Vasudevan, MD
- Fellow, PGY-4
My name is Geetha and I am a PGY-4 in our Child Neurology program at CHP. My goals are creating a warm and productive learning environment for medical students and residents, and to help create a more equitable healthcare environment. I am interested in social and community-oriented engagement along with continuing to make sexual and reproductive healthcare more accessible to the population. At CHP I have been able to do research based on these interests! I am interested in pursuing an Epilepsy fellowship after I graduate.
I went to Pittsburgh for undergrad and it has been great coming back to this city! It has changed in so many ways and there is so much to still explore. I enjoy finding new restaurants, coffee shops and breweries. I feel a sense of family and community both with my residency friends and those who I have met by exploring Pittsburgh.
Hometown: Old Bridge, New Jersey
Hobbies: I have a very adorable rescue dog so I love hiking and adventuring with her. I also enjoy reading, trying new coffee shops and hanging out with friends at breweries!
