Janet Digber-Williams, MD

  • Assistant Professor of Pediatrics

Janet Digber-Williams is an assistant professor of pediatrics at the University of Pittsburgh School of Medicine in the Paul C. Gaffney Division of Pediatric Hospital Medicine. She works as an attending physician at UPMC Children’s Hospital of Pittsburgh. She practices full-time as a clinician-educator through the division’s traditional hospitalist model, the evening hospitalist program, as well as the limited teaching service. Janet earned her Bachelor of Science degree from Kwame Nkrumah University of Science and Technology in Ghana and completed medical school at St. George’s University School of Medicine, Grenada where she received the Excellent Student Facilitator Award. She completed a residency in Pediatrics at Lehigh Valley Health Network in Allentown PA. Janet is interested in medical student and resident education and championing a diverse and inclusive medical workforce.
