Ryan Nelson, MD, MS
- Resident, PGY-2
Ryan Nelson, MD, MS is a resident physician in the Combined Anesthesiology-Pediatrics residency program at UPMC Children’s Hospital of Pittsburgh. Nelson received his Bachelor of Science degree from the University of Wyoming and received his Master of Science degree in physiology from Georgetown University. He went on to complete medical school at Creighton University. His current interests include pediatric anesthesiology, pediatric critical care medicine, pediatric pain medicine, LGBTQ+ affirming health care, and humanities in medicine.
