Our weekly educational conference provides protected time focused on fellows acquiring a comprehensive PEM fund of knowledge. This is accomplished through a 24-month PEM Core Curriculum that includes Critical Concepts Board Review. Other highlights include EKG review, procedure workshops, and mentored journal club. 
Additionally, we have developed the Academic Career Skills Series, workshops delivered at key stages of the program to provide guidance and support for the transitions from residency to fellowship to faculty positions.
