Elizabeth Profeta, MD
- Resident, PGY2
Elizabeth Profeta, MD, is a senior resident at Children’s Hospital of Pittsburgh in the UPMC Medical Education Pediatrics Residency program. In addition to working clinically as a resident, she serves as a member of the Safe Sleep Committee.
Profeta earned her Bachelor of Science degree from Allegheny College and her Doctor of Medicine degree from Pennsylvania State University. Profeta was awarded the Gold Foundation Humanism and Excellence in Teaching Award in 2020 for being an excellent teacher to medical students on their pediatrics rotation.
