Brandon Richter, MD

  • Resident, PGY-3

As I grew up, I had a particular interest in genetic disease, so I decided to my undergraduate in biochemistry, but ultimately decided to pursue a more clinical facing role! I have found that child neurology gives me the perfect balance of patient interaction and scholarly pursuit, while also challenging me to always be learning something new. Also, there's a great neurogenetics program here so I will have a good exposure during my training for future endeavors.

Hometown: Salem, West Virginia

Hobbies: Outside of medicine, I'm an avid video game player, a musical theatre fan, enjoy a good restaurant, and spend a good amount of my time outdoors!
