Nancy S. Rixe, MD
- Pediatric Emergency Medicine Fellow
Administrative Assistant: Danielle Harvey
Nancy grew up in Gettysburg, PA and completed her undergraduate degree at Wake Forest University in Winston-Salem, NC. She returned to Hershey, PA to complete her medical training at Pennsylvania State University College of Medicine. Upon graduating, she moved to Boston, MA to complete her residency in the Boston Combined Residency Program. She is currently a fellow at UPMC Children's Hospital of Pittsburgh in the Emergency Department. Her research interests include health policy, social determinants of health, and pediatric health advocacy. In her free time, she enjoys spending time with her husband and two daughters and swimming on a local masters swim team.
