Pitt Pediatrics congratulates faculty members Catherine Forster, Jacqueline Ho, and Andrew Nowalk on their featured paper in the October print issue of Pediatric Research.
Their highlighted paper discusses perspectives on sustaining science and mentoring during the COVID-19 pandemic. The group reviews methods used to identify concerns among trainees, reviews findings, and ways educational leaders can provide additional support to trainees.
Forster is an assistant professor of pediatrics in the Paul C. Gaffney Division of Pediatric Hospital Medicine. Ho is an associate professor in the Division of Nephrology and directs the division's fellowship program. Nowalk co-directs the Pediatric Residency Program and serves as associate professor in the Division of Infectious Diseases.
